I know there are a ton of restaurants that get amazing reviews. I included in my bucket because Iron Hill is well respected and I just plain enjoy this place!
Wegmans started in Rochester, NY but I'm so happy that they are located in Chester County!
We visited once but our view was limited. Get here early or perhaps not at all.
Run out of the theatre or just watch crazed movie goers run from the blob!
This is one of the things that attracted our family to the Philly suburbs. The castle is huge and our kids loved it!
I have visited their store numerous times to get fresh chocolate. I also purchase reject candy (which is just broken pieces etc) for something like 50% off original price. There's also a long window where you can stand and watch part of their factory floor as they make the chocolate right off the line!
Pierre S. du Pont built this amazing place years ago. The water fountains and greenhouse are amazing and the grounds beautiful.
68% of the mushrooms in the USA are grown in Kennett Square which is located in Chester County. Be sure to take a tour of a mushroom farm during the festival.
About 30 minutes from the Philly suburbs the road vistas start to change. Lots of great fresh vegetable stands all over the place.
Quite happy many are preserved for future generations.
I just discovered this web site. Lots of info!
General Washington is remored to have been served here.
Great place to study history or to take a stroll.
Website run by the National Park Service.
Lots of information about Bucks County
Lots of information about Montgomery County.
You get to see the live sets and all the tech behind this place
You see the actual factory in action! Be sure to get your free warm potato chip at the end of the tour!
