I had to add this wonderful place. They are a Rochester institution that is located near Lake Ontario. I love this place so much that I met with them to buy a franchise right out of college. Unfortunately I did not have enough money. Look up what frozen custard is exactly. In essence, it's a creamier version and thicker version of soft ice cream.
